Privacy policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy explains what Label Maker for Google Sheets ("Label Maker", "we") does with your information. Label Maker is made by Northpine Apps.
What Label Maker can access
- The Google Sheet you open it in (and only that sheet), to read the names and addresses you want to print.
- Google Docs that Label Maker creates for your labels. It does not open or change your other documents.
- Your Google account email address, to show which account you are using and to check whether you have bought Pro.
What we do with it
Your addresses are used only to build your label document. Label Maker runs inside your own Google account: we do not run a server that receives your sheet, and we do not copy, store, sell or share your addresses.
Your settings (chosen label size, layout, logo, saved drafts) are stored in your own Google account and can be removed by uninstalling the add-on.
Services Label Maker uses
- Google Maps (through Google Apps Script), only when you use "Check addresses". The addresses being checked are sent to Google to look them up.
- Picture links: if your sheet contains links to pictures and you choose to add them to labels, Label Maker downloads those pictures from the links you provided.
- Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and reseller. If you buy Pro, Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and email address under its own privacy policy. We never see your card details. To confirm your plan, Label Maker sends your licence key or account email to Lemon Squeezy.
Google user data
Label Maker's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your permission, for security reasons, or where required by law.
Your choices
You can stop Label Maker's access at any time by uninstalling it (Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Label documents it created stay in your Google Drive until you delete them.
Children
Label Maker is not directed at children under 13.
