Open Label Maker
In Google Sheets, click Extensions → Label Maker → Create labels. The panel opens beside your sheet.
To try it without your own data, click Extensions → Label Maker → Add a sample sheet.
My labels don't line up
- Check that you chose the same product number as the one on your package of labels.
- In the print window, set the scale to Actual size (100%), not "Fit to page".
- Print the test page on plain paper, hold it against a label sheet, and use Printer alignment in the panel to shift the layout if your printer is off.
Activate Pro
After you buy Pro, your licence key arrives by email. In the Label Maker panel, open Plan details and privacy, paste the key and click Activate.
To use Pro on a different Google account, click Remove key on the old account first, then activate the key on the new one.
Manage or cancel Pro yearly
Change your card, download invoices or cancel at northpineapps.lemonsqueezy.com/billing. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
Refunds
Email northpineapps@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Missing label size
Add your own size in the panel under Choose label sheet → Add your own size, or email us the product number and we'll look at adding it.
Uninstall
In Google Sheets, click Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons, find Label Maker, and choose Uninstall. Label documents you created stay in your Google Drive.
