Terms of service

These terms apply to Label Maker for Google Sheets ("Label Maker"), made by Northpine Apps ("we", "us"). By installing or using Label Maker you agree to them.
Plans
- Free: documents of up to 3 pages each.
- Pro yearly ($19.99 per year): no page limit. Renews automatically each year until you cancel. If you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the year you paid for.
- Pro lifetime ($49 one-time): no page limit for as long as Label Maker is offered.
Prices may change; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Payment
Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's terms apply to the purchase itself, including taxes and billing. Your licence key is for your own use; please don't share it publicly.
Refunds
If Label Maker isn't right for you, email northpineapps@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Your content
Your sheets, addresses and label documents stay yours. You are responsible for having the right to use the addresses and other content you print.
Acceptable use
Don't use Label Maker for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited bulk mail in violation of law, or to try to break or misuse the add-on or the licence system.
Printing and results
Label Maker is designed to match the published layouts of the label sheets it supports, but printers, sheets and settings vary. Use the alignment test page and check a test print on plain paper before printing on label sheets. We are not responsible for wasted label sheets, misprinted labels, or mail that is delayed or not delivered.
No warranty
Label Maker is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northpine Apps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Label Maker in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes and ending
We may update Label Maker or these terms. If we stop offering Label Maker, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email to customers with an active paid plan and refund the unused part of any yearly plan.

Label Maker is not affiliated with or endorsed by Avery or Google. Avery and Google Sheets are trademarks of their owners.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
